He is a commerce graduate holding a diploma in Yoga Education and engaged in the profession of teaching Yog since 2008. He has always been drawn towards the art and science of Yog and is pursuing his passion towards the path of Yog as his profession. He very strongly believes that Yog is the answer to all lifestyle related problems be mental and/or physical.
He believes that Yog is a journey of the self, through the self, to the self.
